Helen helps facilitate reflective practice and offers insight based on her seven years experience as a full time counsellor. As with the therapeutic relationship, the supervisee must feel heard and supported in the process. Helen creates a safe space to explore client work where trust is an essential factor of successful and rewarding supervision.
