I have been a supervisor for over 5 years and  I enjoy the supportive process of supervision.

 

I often like to work creatively in supervision, offering supervisees tools to enhance their own therapeutic practice.

 

I aim to facilitate reflective practice and offer insight based on my experience as a full time counsellor. As with the therapeutic relationship, the supervisee must feel heard and supported in the process. I aim to create a safe space to explore client work where trust is an essential factor of successful and rewarding supervision.
