MEDITATION

 

Helen has been practicing meditation for many years and fully understands the saying "if you don't go within, you go without".

 

Meditation doesn't need to be mystical or difficult. With a little practice it can become part of your daily wellbeing tool box. Studies show that just 15 minutes meditation a day can have a transformational effect on the brain.

 

Cultivating a daily meditation practice removes the stuff that fogs up your access to your 'best self'. It is like sitting behind a dirty, smeared-up window and then one day remembering that you can pick up a rag, wipe the window clean and discover the wonderful scenery on the other side.

 

Imagine if you had space between you and whatever is going on in your life. With meditation, you can do just that. You can be back in the driving seat and in control, with endless possibilities at your fingertips. It gets you back in touch with your inner guidance system - your own feelings.
