How much is counselling?

 Individual Sessions     -£60 for 1hr ​

Couples sessions          -£80 for 1hr

How many sessions will I need?

​

That's flexible and is your choice. Some clients only need a few sessions and others find it beneficial to have regular longer term sessions. It's something we can discuss at our first session and review as we progress.

When are you available?

​

I'm available Monday-Thursday and have morning, afternoon and evening appointments, subject to existing client commitments.
